	Planning Our projects are extensively pre-planned and scheduled from the start. Before we step out of the office and on to site, we know exactly what products we are using, who we are engaging to help us, what timeframe we are working within and the building strategies we will use to ensure your home is finished to perfection.
Products A lot of research is conducted behind the scenes and prior to commencing, to ensure we source and select products that are fit-for-purpose for your project. We also order our materials early (e.g. timber products) to allow time for shrinkage and seasoning so that the integrity of our materials are maintained before, during and after the construction of your home.
	Personnel We maintain close relationships with our team of skilled carpenters and subcontractors and commit to 100% site supervision during construction to guarantee our high standard of quality. We enjoy using local draftsmen, engineers and suppliers so that we can be more face-to-face with those involved, to strengthen the local economy and to nurture a sense of community in our region.
