Room with a View

The owners of this Woodbury home were keen to find a way to enjoy the magnificent views of the Capricorn Coast year-round from their elevated hilltop position. They opted to demolish their existing open patio and rebuild and enclose it, with direct access from the main residence.

The design, engineering, materials, and extra finishes of this 55m² patio creates a modern indoor/outdoor living space that celebrates its location and guarantees its integrity, even in C4 cyclonic conditions.
