A Timeless Retreat

The owners of one of the most historical residences in Rockhampton approached us to build their new pool/guest house with all the comforts of modern living, but with the classic timeless features of their traditional late 19th Century home.

Designed by Beat Architects, this 1 bedroom detached pool/guest house is cladded with Hardies Scyon Lineaboard, FC sheeting & coverstrips, and features a kiln-dried merbau balustrade, and spotted gum flooring throughout. The design also features fully-recessed door thresholds, creating a seamless transition from room to room.

We are honoured to have been given the opportunity to build a beautiful welcoming retreat for our client’s family and friends.
