With stunning uninterrupted views over Keppel Bay, the owners of this hilltop property were keen to complement their recent reburishments with a contemporary 9 x 4.5m pool design featuring seamless pool edging and SkyPebble Pebblesheen finish in Arctic White.

Patio Reconstruction | Woodbury

The owners of this Woodbury home were keen to find a way to enjoy the magnificent views of the Capricorn Coast year-round from their elevated hilltop position. They opted to demolish their existing open patio and rebuild and enclose it, with direct access from the main residence. The design, engineering, materials, and extra finishes of this 55m2 patio creates a modern indoor/outdoor living space that celebrates its location and guarantees its integrity, even in C4 cyclonic conditions.

Riversleigh Homestead Verandah Replacement | Emu Park

Originally built in the late 1890s on the banks of the Fitzroy River, this expansive 628m2 homestead relocated to Emu Park in the 1980s underwent an award-winning verandah replacement, including the construction of a new 30m² rotunda in keeping with the era of the original homestead. Features of the work include the use of spotted gum hardwood throughout the verandah flooring, posts, stairs and balustrade; hand-cut spires, customised brackets at the front entry, intricate carpentry in the rotunda ceiling, and a full re-paint of the homestead. Multi-Storey New Home | Pacific Heights

This 5 bedroom premium multi-storey rendered block house in Pacific Heights was constructed with suspended concrete floors and showcases the use of fully-frameless glass balustrades on the patios to provide unobstructed views of stunning Keppel Bay. Features of this home include Solarblock glazing, merbau internal stairs, porcelain tiles throughout, and a two-pack kitchen with granite tops.

The ‘Calleja’ New Home | Yeppoon

This 260m2, 4 bedroom family home in Yeppoon was constructed on a waffle-pod slab system and features Hardies Scyon Lineaboard external cladding, and a beautiful merbau and spotted gum timber front entrance. Nestled in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac, this spacious new home with two family rooms and large back patio will accommodate the needs of growing children and teenagers for many years to come.

Multi-Storey New Home | Emu Park

This multi-storey home in Emu Park was built on a steep sloping site and required major excavation and retaining prior to construction. A suspended concrete floor was used for the garage and other features include polished tassie oak strip flooring, merbau decking, custom orb roofing, and Hardies Primeline Chamfer cladding.
