Patio Reconstruction – Woodbury
This 55m2 patio reconstruction project in Woodbury, just north of Yeppoon, features 190 x 190 merbau posts, dressed ironbark decking and extensive Solarblock commercial-grade glazing to allow for sweeping 270 degree views of the Capricorn Coast. For more details of this project, please click here.
Riversleigh Homestead Verandah Replacement – Emu Park
Originally built in the late 1890s on the banks of the Fitzroy River, this expansive 628m2 homestead underwent an award-winning verandah replacement, including the construction of a new 30m2 rotunda in keeping with the era of the original homestead. Features of the work include the use of spotted gum hardwood throughout, hand-cut spires, customised brackets, intricate carpentry in the rotunda ceiling and a full re-paint. Multi-Storey New Home – Pacific Heights
This 5 bedroom premium multi-storey rendered block house in Pacific Heights was constructed with suspended concrete floors and features 600 x 600 polished porcelain tiles throughout, a two-pack kitchen with granite benchtops and an exquisite His ‘n Her ensuite with a fully-frameless glass shower screen, mosaic niche and polished beveled-edge mirrors. The ‘Calleja’ New Home – Yeppoon
This 260m2, 4 bedroom family home in Yeppoon was constructed on a waffle-pod slab system and features Hardies Scyon Lineaboard external cladding. The beautiful timber front entrance was designed using 140 x 140 merbau posts mounted on galvanised T brackets for concealed fixing, and features merbau rafters and spotted gum screening panels. Multi-Storey New Home – Emu Park
This multi-storey home in Emu Park was built on a steep sloping site and required major excavation and retaining prior to construction. A suspended concrete floor was used for the garage and columns to the lower floor were core-filled concrete with stainless hold-down bolts due to the exposed location.
